Application and Registration

Registration for newly accepted and returning students begins on February 26, 2027 and ends on March 12, 2027. If registration is not received by March 15, 2027 your child's place may not be held due to waiting lists.

All accounts for existing families must be current for the 2026-2027 school year before registration will be accepted for the 2027-2028 school year.

2027-2028 new student applications will be accepted beginning September 1st.

Process for New Students

  1. Submit an Application
    Complete and submit the New Student Admission Application.
  2. Student Assessment
    After your application has been received, the school will provide information regarding the student assessment date.
  3. School Tour
    Tours are available upon request once application is complete. We welcome prospective families to visit our campus and learn more about St. Apollinaris.

Registration for New Students

  1. Acceptance & Registration
    Once your family has been accepted, you will receive an email with a link to complete the registration process.
  2. Complete FACTS Registration
    All families are required to complete an online FACTS registration. Please visit: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/49R73

    An annual FACTS fee applies to each family agreement and is paid directly to FACTS at the time of registration. All tuition and fees will be processed through FACTS.

Finalizing Your Registration

  • All required online forms and FACTS registration must be completed before your student's registration is considered finalized.
  • Registration fees, instructional materials, and additional fees may be paid in one or three installments. Please select your preferred payment schedule during the registration process.
  • Tuition balances may not be carried over from one school year to the next and must be paid in full by the last day of school.

Application Fee

An application needs to be submitted for each new child interested in attending St. Apollinaris Catholic School. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $50.00.
